Once your application is received, you'll be invited to an engaging orientation session where you'll meet our dedicated program coordinators. This is your opportunity to gain a clear understanding of what the program entails, discover the many benefits awaiting you, and have all your questions personally addressed in a welcoming environment.

Start Your Leadership Journey

After orientation, you'll receive a comprehensive welcome package containing your personalized program schedule. Your journey officially begins with your first leadership workshop, where you'll connect with your mentor and join a supportive peer group of like-minded young leaders, all while taking your first confident steps toward personal and professional growth.
